Overall, it's a comfortable stay with good value for money.

I was especially pleased with the air conditioning in the rooms on the top 1-2 floors for mopping wet feet after a bath. The hotel's central location was convenient for exploring the old quarter of Hanoi, but being in an alley way was a bit tricky for navigation. The service was exceptional, offering a range of amenities from room service to tours and ticket assistance. However, the dining with different fruits included left much to be desired as there were limited options, and the facilities were average overall.

The hotel is ideally situated in the center of the old quarter of Hanoi, close to the cathedral, making it convenient for exploring the bustling area. The rooms could use better ventilation for fresh air circulation after a shower, but they do provide ample closet space starting from the fourth floor up. Overall, a good value for money stay in the heart of Hanoi.
